EFT Cash-in

  1. Log onto the LovCash app
  2. Go to menu and select transfer to bank
  3. Enter the amount of cash you want to convert to digital currency
  4. Select the bank you will transfer to (for instant reflection in our account choose the
    bank that you bank with)
  5. Confirm the request and submit
  6. Write down your reference number
  7. Go to online banking
  8. Enter the LovCash details and the reference number given to you (the reference number is important for us to be able to allocate the funds to the right account)
  9. Pay the amount into the LovCash bank account
  10. LovCash will update your digital currency once funds reflect in our bank account

EFT Cash-in

Log onto the Lovcash app. Go to Menu. Select EFT-ATM Cash-in. Use your banking app for an instant transfer. Lovcash is registered with all major South African Banks.

ATM Cash-in

  1. Log onto the LovCash app
  2. Go to menu and select transfer from bank
  3. Enter the amount of cash you want to convert to digital currency
  4. Select the bank you will transfer to (for instant reflection in our account choose the bank that you bank with)

  7. Go to an ATM 
  8. Enter the LovCash details and the reference number given to you (the reference number is important for us to be able to allocate the funds to the right account)

Log onto the Lovcash app. Go to Menu. Select EFT-ATM Cash-in. Make a cash deposit at any ATM with a deposit facility-no need for a bank account.

  1. Go to the information centre at the Cape Town train station 
  2. Give the agent your cash 
  3. Present your QR code to the agent 
  4. The agent will cash you in for the amount in cash you paid 
  5. LovCash will update your digital currency once funds reflect in our bank account

Cash-in Request

  1. Log onto the app 
  2. Select Cash-in at the bottom navigation bar
  3. Select cash-in request
  4. Enter your address or pin your location
  5. Enter the amount you would like to convert to digital currency
  6. Confirm and submit your request
  7. An agent will be assigned to come to you
  8. Show them your cash-in QR code when they arrives and give them the cash
  9. Make sure they enter the amount you paid in cash
  10. Once the cash-in is completed the digital currency will reflect immediately

Log onto the app. Select Cash-in. Request a Lovcash agent to meet you at a safe location.

If you bank with FNB, Absa or Capitec, the cash will reflect immediately.

Send the person picking up your hamper the order QR or pin code, provided on the app once your transaction is complete. They can then pick up their order from the Harare collection point.

Send your confirmed pin code or QR code to the receiver in Zimbabwe.
The receiver needs to present the pin code or QR code at the collection point in Harare.
Basket is claimed and groceries or essentials received
